We offer fresh, made from scratch food with an emphasis on local, organic (in season) produce and locally produced dairy items. A general list of these local items can be found here. Pickup is available at both retail locations between the hours of 8am and 9pm (may differ for major holidays). Pickups are made at the Customer Service desk at either retail location.
Deliveries available by arrangement with our Catering Coordinator, for orders over $250.00 within the city of Madison and placed at least one week ahead of time. Delivery requests for orders under $250.00 may incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us to determine availability and options for this service.

Orders must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Email and voicemail coverage is limited on Saturday and Sunday and ends at noon—please be sure to place your order by or before that time on Saturday and Sunday to ensure that we can fill it. The Catering Coordinator must approve last-minute changes to service terms or agreements.
To say “thank you” for what these groups do for our business and community, we are offering non-profit organizations in these fields a 20% discount on catering food orders. Does not include delivery charges. All catering service restrictions apply.
In an ongoing effort to maximize our purchases of Wisconsin-grown produce for our deli products and ensure the fairest prices for our customers, the Willy Street Co-op Kitchen has opened its procurement policy to allow for non-organic fresh produce only when Wisconsin-grown and only from farms that are known to us to practice agriculture responsibly.
We will always be able to cite the origin of any product that is not certified organic and will make a point of disclosing the names of our preferred farms as we weave them into our deli products.
