 The Willy Street Co-op prepared foods department, in response to the overwhelming demand for more local sourcing, has transferred the majority of dairy purchasing to Sassy Cow Creamery of Columbus, WI and Westby Coop Creamery of Westby, WI. Pending the addition of buttermilk to Sassy Cow's product line, we are purchasing buttermilk from Valley View (Hasting Coop Creamery, Hastings, MN), available also in our dairy cooler. We plan to consolidate our order with Sassy Cow (to comply with our commitment for all Willy Street Co-op-made prepared foods to use only local dairy) as soon as possible.

Update: Our butter is currently from Wuthrich's under Grassland Dairy in Greenwood, WI; that too will be ordered from Sassy Cow as soon as possible.

Willy Street Co-op would love to cater your next gathering! We offer fresh, made from scratch food with an emphasis on organic produce and locally produced dairy items. We have many healthy, high-quality meal options for any sized event. If you want to keep your gathering fresh, green, and local, choose us to help make your day special.

Willy Street Co-op offers staffed buffet service for parties over 20 people at a charge of $16.99 per hour per person. Willy St. Co-op’s services are limited at this time to delivery, setup, and maintenance of our own products and equipment. We are happy to recommend local purveyors of event equipment and service personnel upon request.

Please allow us 72 hours to complete your order from the menu. Deliveries are made from 9am to 5pm, seven days a week (except for major holidays), for orders over $250.00. Coffee, Juice and Breakfast Bakery orders can be picked up from 7:30am to 9:00pm.  All other orders can be picked up from 9:00am to 9:00pm.

If you need to place an order after catering office hours try our online order form. Time of form submission is not considered time of order placed. Confirmation with the Catering Coordinator needs to occur before an order is considered complete. Our Catering Coordinator will respond to placed orders within 24 hours of form submission. Catering Coordinator's available office hours are Tuesday-Saturday 9am - 5pm.

Note: In the interests of protecting our patrons with dietary sensitivities, we would like to clarify that all equipment and production space in the Willy Street Co-op Kitchen is shared and common allergens (nuts, soy, wheat, dairy, eggs) are used daily in our kitchen. We cannot guarantee that cross-contamination can be completely avoided, although we are happy to do our best to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions within standard operating procedures. If you have a serious food allergy, please be advised of this and act accordingly.
