Deli & Salad BarIn an ongoing effort to maximize our purchases of Wisconsin-grown produce for our deli products and ensure the fairest prices for our customers, the Willy Street Co-op Kitchen has opened its procurement policy to allow for non-organic fresh produce only when Wisconsin-grown and only from farms that are known to us to practice agriculture responsibly.  Willy East Hot case service hours are 10:00am-8:00pm Mon-Fri and 11:00am-8:00pm Sat-Sun and Willy West Hot Bar service hours are 11:00am - 8:00pm Daily.
