Delivery Services


Orders are delivered between noon and 6pm on available delivery days. See the map for which days we deliver to your zip code. Orders must be placed by 8:30am for same-day delivery. Delivery operates out of our Eastside location; therefore only Willy East items are available for delivery. (Customer Service must have your current email address on file and your equity payment must be current before you can log in to submit your shopping list for delivery.)


Pricing will be in effect as of the day of the delivery. This may mean that, due to promotional sales beginning or ending, a product price may be different from when you ordered it to the day it is delivered,


Pick-up orders can be ready between 2pm and 9:30pm on available delivery days at Willy East. Orders must be placed by 8:30am for same-day pick-up. Currently orders are only available for pick-up at our Willy East location. (Customer Service must have your current email address on file and your equity payment must be current before you can log in to submit your shopping list for pick-up.)

NOTE: There is an automatic minimum $19.99 fee for deliveries outside our stated delivery area, if arrangements can be made.
1. Eco-Discount: Place your order by the 8:30am deadline at least one delivery business day (Monday-Thursday) in advance of when you'd like your groceries delivered and save $5 on your delivery fee, while helping us drive less! Example; order by 8:30 on Monday morning for Tuesday delivery between 12p.m to 6p.m. and receive the Eco Discount.
2. Orders placed by phone will include an additional service charge of $5.00.
3. Multi - Family Residential fee of $19.99 is for a maximum of four families. For each additional family a charge of $4.99 will be applied.

Payment options

We accept Visa/Mastercard, EBT_Quest and Check. Sorry, we cannot process gift cards for delivered items. We shop you pick up would be an option for using a gift card.

Deliveries are made to certain zip codes on certain days: (See this map)

Deliveries outside of these zones are sometimes possible. Please call our Delivery number (608-237-1234) to see if you are within this area. We do not ship items at this time.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made between noon and 6pm Monday through Thursday.

To have your groceries delivered or ready for pick-up on the same day they were ordered, you must place your order before 8:30am on that day.

  • This also means that we cannot accept any changes or additions to orders after 8:30am on the day of delivery.
  • Remember that orders are not processed, shopped, or delivered on Annual inventories, 4th of July, our Annual Meeting and Party, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Memorial Day.

Cancelling Orders

  • To cancel an order, call us at (608) 237-1234 by 8:30 a.m. on your delivery day and there is no restocking fee.
  • Orders canceled after 8:30 a.m. on your delivery day are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee must be paid before another delivery can be made.

Eco Friendly Packaging

Have your groceries shopped into an environmentally friendly parcel!

  • By using the notes* field located at the end of your online order form, tell us that you would like your groceries shopped into the following parcel.
  • Our Co-Shop Team will shop your groceries in the reusable package for a small deposit on each package. Just return them with your next order to receive your deposit back and eliminate waste!
  • Eco-Friendly Bag - $.99 refundable deposit
    • Highly reusable and sturdy
    • Reinforced flat bottom, strong handles
    • 100% polypropylene (PP or plastic #5). PP is recyclable, non-toxic, allergy-free, and non-reactive to human skin

Receiving Deliveries

If you will not be able to be present at the time of our delivery you may leave a check for the driver or you can set up a pre-paid account with us. If you are interested in setting up an account send your completed application to Willy Street Co-op, 1882 East Main Madison, WI 53704 attn: Accounts Receivable.

If no one answers the door when we deliver and no other arrangements have been made, we will call your phone number once; if there is no answer, we will continue on our delivery schedule and your card will be charged for the delivery fee plus a 15% restocking fee, but not for the groceries.

Due to our delivery schedule, our delivery staff will likely not be able to wait for you to inspect your full order. If an item does not meet your satisfaction, it may be returned. (See Return Policy below)

Inclement Weather

Inclement weather may require changes in our delivery schedule.

  • If the driver will arrive later than the stated delivery window, you will be contacted by phone to see what arrangements can be made and we will deliver your order as quickly as possible under the conditions.
  • We will also contact you if the delivery location is inaccessible (on an unplowed street, for example) so that alternate arrangements can be made.

Return Policy

Returns for orders placed by check or Quest card will be credited on the next order. Purchases made on credit or housecharge could be refunded immediately upon returning to the store.
If there is a mistaken charge noted at the time of drop off, a refund can be picked up at customer service, or adjusted on their next order.

Returns will follow the normal return policy:

Customers may return items* for any reason within 90 days of purchase with a Willy Street Co-op receipt.

*Per Wisconsin statues, we cannot accept returns of wine or beer.
