I just got a hold of the list that included the companies against prop 37 in California. I was so sad to see many of the brands that I purchase quite frequently among them, including Cascadian Farm, Larabar and Muir Glen, all part of General Mills, which contributed $1.2M in opposition to the measure. I would happily support other brands. It is extremely frustrating to learn about brands that I thought were OK being owned by parent companies that are clearly up to no good. I would never have given them so much of my business had I known. I wonder--what can the co-op do about this?
