Co-Shop (Online Shopping) and Home Delivery
Owners: Shopping just got 1, 2, 3 times easier...

1. WE SHOP,WE DELIVER
Order at shop.willystreet.coop and have them delivered between noon and 6pm. See this map for which days we deliver to your zip code. Order by 8:30am to receive your groceries the same day. (Customer service must have your current e-mail address on file before you can order online.)
2. YOU SHOP, WE DELIVER
Do your shopping before noon on any day and we'll deliver your groceries between noon and 6pm that day!
3. WE SHOP, YOU PICK UP
Order at shop.willystreet.coop and we'll have them ready for pick up between 2pm and 9:30pm on any day. Order by 8:30am to receive groceries that day. (Customer service must have your current e-mail address on file before you can order online.)

Pricing
Pricing will be in effect as of the day of the delivery. This may mean that, due to promotional sales beginning or ending, a product price may be different from when you ordered it to the day it is delivered.
Delivery Schedule
You can place orders for same-day delivery before 8:30am any day except Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Deliveries are made between noon and 6pm every day. You can add your preferred delivery time during the check-out process. To cancel an order, call us at (608) 237-1234 by 8:30 a.m. on your delivery day and there is no restocking fee. Orders canceled after 8:30 a.m. on your delivery day are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee must be paid before another delivery can be made.
Pick up Schedule
If you wish, you can also order items and pick them up at the store between 2:00pm and 9:30pm on any day. (Order by 8:30am to pick up groceries that day.)
Receiving Delivery
To receive a delivery, you must be available in person or make other arrangements on your order or via phone. If you know ahead of time that you won't be there, please let us know in the Comments area of your order, along with where we should put the delivery (at the back door, in the garage, etc.). If you have to leave after you've sent your order, you can call (608) 237-1234 with delivery instructions. Any person at the address you provide who receives the delivery is assumed to have your permission to do so. If you will not be home and we follow special arrangements for delivery, we are not responsible for what happens to the delivery after we leave. If no one answers the door when we deliver and no other arrangements have been made, we will call your phone number once; if there is no answer, we will continue on our delivery schedule and charge for the delivery and a restocking fee ($5), but not for the groceries.
Due to our delivery schedule, our delivery staff will likely not be able to wait for you to inspect your full order. If an item does not meet your satisfaction, it may be returned. (See Return Policy below.)
Inclement Weather
Inclement weather may require changes in our delivery schedule. If the driver will arrive later than the stated delivery window, you will be contacted by phone to see what arrangements can be made and we will deliver your order as quickly as possible under the conditions. We will also contact you if the delivery location is inaccessible (on an unplowed street, for example) so that alternate arrangements can be made.
Return Policy
Returns for orders placed by check or Quest card will be credited on the next order. Purchases made on credit or housecharge could be refunded immediately upon returning to the store.
If there is a mistaken charge noted at the time of drop off, a refund can be picked up at customer service, or adjusted on their next order.
Returns will follow the normal return policy:
Willy Steet Co-op issues refunds for defective goods and for unwanted products that are in sellable condition. Refunds of any kind require a receipt. Refunds must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
