Co-Shop (Online Shopping) and Delivery

Owners: Shopping just got 1, 2, 3 times easier...

1. WE SHOP,WE DELIVER
Order at shop.willystreet.coop and have them delivered between noon and 6pm on available delivery days. See this map for which days we deliver to your zip code. Order by 8:30am to receive your groceries the same day. (Customer service must have your current e-mail address on file before you can order online.)

2. YOU SHOP, WE DELIVER
Do your shopping before noon on Co-Shop available delivery days and we'll deliver your groceries between noon and 6pm that day! (If you shop later in the day, delivery may still be possible; a Co-Shop staff member will contact you if so.)

3. WE SHOP, YOU PICK UP
Order at shop.willystreet.coop and we'll have them ready for pick up between 2pm and 9:30pm on Co-Shop available delivery days. Order by 8:30am to receive groceries that day. (Customer service must have your current e-mail address on file before you can order online.)

Same-day deliveries
To have your groceries delivered or ready for pick-up on the same day they were ordered, you must place your order before 8:30am on that day.

• This also means that we cannot accept any changes or additions to orders after 8:30am on the day of delivery.
• Remember that Co-Shop does not process, shop, or deliver orders on Annual inventories, 4th of July, our Annual Meeting and Party, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Memorial Day.

Delivery Area
Deliveries are made to certain zip codes on certain days: (See this map)

Deliveries outside of these zones are sometimes possible. Please call our Delivery number (608-237-1234) to see if you are within this area. We do not ship items at this time.

Fees

* Eco-Discount: Place your order by the 8:30am deadline at least one Co-Shop business day (Sunday-Thursday) in advance of when you'd like your groceries delivered and save $5 on your delivery fee, while helping us drive less! Example; order by 8:30 on Sunday morning for Monday delivery between 12p.m to 6p.m. and receive the Eco Discount.

** Phone fee is in addition to other fees listed; it is cheaper to order via the website.

***Multi - Family Residential fee of $19.99 is for a maximum of four families. For each additional family a charge of $4.99 will be applied.

Eco Friendly Packaging
Have your groceries shopped into an environmentally friendly parcel!

• By using the notes* field located at the end of your online order form, tell us that you would like your groceries shopped into the following parcel.
• Our Co-Shop Team will shop your groceries in the reusable package for a small deposit on each package. Just return them with your next order to receive your deposit back and eliminate waste!

• 100% polypropylene (PP or plastic #5). PP is recyclable, non-toxic, allergy-free, and non-reactive to human skin

Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made between noon and 6pm Sunday through Thursday.

• You can add your preferred two hour delivery window during the check-out process.
• To cancel an order, call us at (608) 237-1234 by 8:30 a.m. on your delivery day and there is no restocking fee.
• Orders canceled after 8:30 a.m. on your delivery day are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee must be paid before another delivery can be made.

Pick Up
If you wish, you can also order items and pick them up at the store with appointment between 2:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on any Co-Shop available delivery day. Please put your preferred pick up time in the notes field at the end of the order. We do our best to accommodate your requests, but pick up and delivery slots are given out on a first come first serve basis. (Order by 8:30am to pick up groceries that day.)

Receiving Delivery
To receive a delivery, you must be available in person or make other arrangements on your order or via phone.

• If you know ahead of time that you won't be there, please let us know in the Comments area of your order, along with where we should put the delivery (at the back door, in the garage, etc.).
• If you have to leave after you've sent your order, you can call (608) 237-1234 with delivery instructions.
• Any person at the address you provide who receives the delivery is assumed to have your permission to do so.
• If you will not be home and we follow special arrangements for delivery, we are not responsible for what happens to the delivery after we leave.
• If no one answers the door when we deliver and no other arrangements have been made, we will call your phone number once; if there is no answer, we will continue on our delivery schedule and charge for the delivery and a 15% restocking fee, but not for the groceries.

Due to our delivery schedule, our delivery staff will likely not be able to wait for you to inspect your full order. If an item does not meet your satisfaction, it may be returned. (See Return Policy)

Inclement Weather
Inclement weather may require changes in our delivery schedule.

• If the driver will arrive later than the stated delivery window, you will be contacted by phone to see what arrangements can be made and we will deliver your order as quickly as possible under the conditions.
• We will also contact you if the delivery location is inaccessible (on an unplowed street, for example) so that alternate arrangements can be made.
