Daily Hot Bar Menu, Willy West

October 2014 marks the full implementation of the FDA's labeling standard for gluten-free products and Willy Street Co-op is there! We have successfully tested all of the products we label "gluten-free" at fewer than 20ppm, the FDA standard. Our partner in gluten-free bakery, Bunky's, has done the same, logging the results quarterly.
We want to be clear: Willy Street Co-op's Production Kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility and cross-contamination is still a possibility. We make every effort to keep our gluten-free products 'clean' and all are successfully tested, but the bakery is not a certified gluten-free facility.

Smoky Chicken Tortilla Pie- Southwest style chicken and corn tortillas layered with tomato sauce and cheese.

Jambalaya- Hot and spicy chicken, andouille sausage, brown rice, and bell peppers.

Santa Fe Mac and Cheese- Southwest mac and cheese with spicy tomato sauce.

Enchilada Pie- Corn tortillas layered with black beans, cheddar cheese and enchilada sauce.

Chicken Picatta- Lightly breaded chicken in a delicate wine sauce with onions and capers.
