|12 oz||cranberries (fresh)|
|1 1⁄4 c||sugar|
|5 T||mustard (use 2 tbsp of Hawkwind Clem's Hot Pepper Mustard, and 3 tbsp of Hawkwind Heat)|
Combine cranberries and sugar in sauce pan. Over medium heat stir until sugar dissolves, and continue to stir until cranberries begin to fall apart, about 5-8 min. Allow to cool completely. Stir in mustard.
This can be made several days ahead. This dish can be added to a piece of brie placed in a phyllo cup for a wonderful appetizer.
