Description

Quick and easy chili!

Ingredients

3 Tchili powder
1⁄4 croasted tomato salsa
1 conions (chopped)
1⁄2 cgreen pepper (diced)
2 Tgarlic (minced)
1 cntomato juice (15oz)
1 cndiced tomatoes (15oz, undrained)
2 cnchili beans (15 oz)
1 cnkidney beans (15oz, undrained)

Instructions

In a large saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and saute the onions and green peppers for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and chili powder and saute 2 minutes more. Add the juice, tomatoes, chili and kidney beans. Bring to a boil, then simmer 30 minutes, stirring often. Add salsa and simmer 10 minutes more.

Notes

For thicker chili, make one day in advance and refrigerate until needed.
