Substitute your favorite stone fruit for nectarines in this recipe.
|1 1⁄2 lb||nectarines (or other stone fruit such as: apricots, peaches, plums, pluots, cherries, or mangoes.)|
|4 T||butter (unsalted, melted)|
Arrange the nectarines in a single layer on a rimmed cookie sheet. Brush generously with melted butter, then sprinkle with sugar. Set the pan at least 4 inches away from the broiler's heat source, and cook about 10 minutes, until soft and glazed.
