Cool, refreshing and nutritious!

Ingredients

1 cwater
1 pkeden organic sencha green tea
6 ice cubes
1 medium banana
2 cunsweetened pineapple, cubed
2 cstrawberries, fresh or frozen
1 Torganic maple syrup, or to taste

Instructions

Bring the water almost to a boil. Turn off the flame. Place the tea bag in the water and allow it to steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove and discard the bag. Chill the tea in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
