Grilled white peach halves, allowed to get warm and crisp on the outside, will absolutely melt in your mouth once drizzled with honey and adorned with fresh mint.
|4||white peaches (halved and pitted)|
|2 T||butter (melted)|
|1 bn||mint (fresh, chopped)|
Dip both sides of cut peaches into melted butter. Place cut side down onto hot grill and cook for 3 minutes without moving. Flip and cook for 2 minutes on other side. Remove and place on a serving tray. Drizzle with thin streams of honey and blanket with chopped fresh mint. Serve immediately.
