A bit of cardamom takes this simple smoothie from everyday to unexpected.
|1 c||mango chunks (frozen)|
|1 c||yogurt (full- or low-fat, not Greek)|
|1 pn||cardamom (plus more for garnish)|
Place the mango and milk in a blender and process until smooth. Add the yogurt, honey, and cardamom and pulse until smooth and creamy. Pour into a tall glass, garnish with a dash of cardamom, and enjoy!
