Mango Lassi

Description

A bit of cardamom takes this simple smoothie from everyday to unexpected.

Ingredients

1 cmango chunks (frozen)
1⁄2 cmilk
1 cyogurt (full- or low-fat, not Greek)
1 Thoney
1 pncardamom (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

Place the mango and milk in a blender and process until smooth. Add the yogurt, honey, and cardamom and pulse until smooth and creamy. Pour into a tall glass, garnish with a dash of cardamom, and enjoy!
