Description

This smoothie is just the right amount of sweet, and makes a great breakfast.

Ingredients

2 cblueberries (frozen)
1 cmaple yogurt
1 cmilk
1 Tmaple syrup
1⁄4 tcinnamon

Instructions

Whir the blueberries and yogurt in a blender until combined. Add the milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon, and blend on high until frothy. Serve immediately in a tall glass.
