A quick, easy, kid-pleasing meal.
|1 cn||refried beans (16-oz)|
|2 oz||green chilies (canned, diced)|
|1 c||corn kernels (frozen, thawed)|
|1⁄4 lb||part-skim mozzarella cheese (shredded)|
|1||avocado (peeled, pitted, sliced)|
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Place pizza crust on baking pan. Spread refried beans evenly over crust, then spoon the salsa on top. Top with chilies, corn and shredded cheese. Bake pizza in oven about 10 minutes or until beans are heated through and cheese is melted and golden brown.
Serve hot, each slice garnished with avocado.
