This is a fun summery fruit salad to play around with. Make it as written, or substitute the peaches for mangoes or another stone fruit.
|2 lb||peaches (pitted, sliced)|
|1 1⁄2 c||lime juice|
|1 t||chili powder|
|1⁄4 c||cilantro (chopped)|
Place the sliced peaches in a large bowl. Toss with the lime juice, water, chili powder, cayenne, sugar, and salt. Top with the chopped cilantro, and serve.
Slice and pit the peaches over a bowl to collect any juice. You can use this juice instead of water.
