Packed with butternut squash, bananas, and spinach, this delicious smoothie is more of a meal than a drink.
|1⁄2 c||coconut milk (canned - not the refrigerated kind)|
|1 1⁄2 c||almond milk|
|1 c||spinach (tightly packed)|
|1 1⁄2 c||butternut squash (peeled and grated)|
|6||bananas (cut into chunks)|
|1 t||vanilla extract|
Pour the coconut milk and almond milk into the pitcher of a blender. Add the spinach and blend well. Add the raisins, butternut squash, bananas, and vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend until smooth, adding water to thin it out a bit if neccesary. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
