Another great way to get nutrient packed kale into your diet!
|2 t||olive oil|
|1 clv||garlic (minced)|
|pn||crushed red pepper flakes|
Set oven to 400 degrees. Place kale in a casserole dish and drizzle with oil. Add salt, garlic, and pepper flakes and toss. Roast until slightly crispy, approx. 8 minutes. Serve.
