Smoked Turkey Pasta Salad

Description

A delicious change of pace for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

1⁄2 lbpenne pasta
1⁄4 lbsmoked deli turkey, julienned
10 green beans, cut in half and steamed
1⁄4 cred bell pepper, diced
1⁄4 cyellow bell pepper, diced
1 cred onion, diced
1⁄2 cgrated parmesan cheese
1 ccaesar sald dressing
1 Tfresh parsley, minced
2 Tpine nuts, toasted

Instructions

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Rinse, drain and let cool. In a large bowl, mix the smoked turkey, green beans, red and yellow bell peppers and red onion together with the cooled pasta. 3. Add the parmesan cheese and Caesar salad dressing and toss gently. Garnish with parsley and pine nuts.

Goes great with crusty breads and your favorite leafy green salad.
