Ingredients

1 large fennel bulb, cored and thinly sliced
2 ccherry tomatoes, halved
1 tDijon mustard
3 Tred wine vinegar
1⁄2 colive oil
  salt and pepper
2 Tfennel frond, finely chopped

Instructions

Combine the fennel and the tomatoes. Mix together the Dijon mustard, vinegar, and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the fennel and tomatoes. Top with the chopped fennel frond
