Description

A change from hummus.

Ingredients

2 Tolive oil
1⁄4 clemon juice
1⁄2 tsalt
1⁄4 tcrushed red pepper
1 Troasted tahini
1 cncannellini (15-oz, or great northern beans)
2 clvgarlic (minced)
1 tcumin (ground)
1 tcilantro (dried)
1 Tparsley (fresh, minced)

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth and creamy. Serve with crackers, bread or fresh vegetables.
