This is a great breakfast smoothie or mid-afternoon pick-me-up.
|1||banana (frozen is best)|
|1 c||blackberries (heaping, frozen)|
|1⁄2 c||yogurt (vanilla)|
|1 t||vanilla extract|
|1 c||non-dairy milk|
In a blender, combine the non-dairy milk and oats, and pulse a few times to pulverize the oats. Add the banana, blackberries, yogurt, and vanilla extract, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately!
