Description

This is a great breakfast smoothie or mid-afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients

3 Toats
1 banana (frozen is best)
1 cblackberries (heaping, frozen)
1⁄2 cyogurt (vanilla)
1 tvanilla extract
1 cnon-dairy milk

Instructions

In a blender, combine the non-dairy milk and oats, and pulse a few times to pulverize the oats. Add the banana, blackberries, yogurt, and vanilla extract, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately!
