Great with chopped veggies, pita chips, or on sandwiches. Yummy!
|1 cn||chickpeas (drained and cooked until tender (if needed))|
|1||avocado (peeled and pitted)|
|1||lemon (juiced, more to taste)|
|4 clv||garlic (add more or less, depending on how garlicky you like your hummus)|
|salt and pepper (to taste)|
Drain chickpeas and place in blender, along with avocado. Add the tahini, oil, lemon juice, water and garlic cloves. Blend until smooth, adding more water if necessary.
