Butter Fried Parsnips

Description

Parsnips + butter + pan + delicious!

Ingredients

6 parsnips (scrubbed, trimmed, and quartered lengthwise)
1⁄2 cbutter (melted)
1⁄4 cflour (all-purpose)
1⁄2 tseasoning salt

Instructions

Cook parsnips in boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes. Set aside

In a large container with a cover, combine the flour and seasoning salt.

Dip the parsips in melted butter, and transfer to the container of seasoned flour. Cover tightly, and shake to coat the parsnips. Remove the parsnips, and set aside.

Heat the remaing butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When it starts to sizzle, add the parsnips. Cook, turning occasionally, until all sides are golden-brown.

Enjoy while hot!
