The accompaniment to the Willy Street Co-op's Cranberry Pecan Wild Rice Salad.
|1⁄2 c||apple cider vinegar|
|8 T||Dijon mustard|
|3⁄4 c||canola oil|
|3⁄4 c||olive oil|
In a small bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, and salt and pepper. With a whisk, slowly add the olive oil and canola oil, and whisk until fully emulsified.
