Cucumber Cilantro Raita is a delicious accompaniment to any spicy meal.
|2 c||yogurt (plain)|
|1||cucumber (halved, seeded, and diced)|
|1||green chili pepper (minced)|
|1 T||cilantro (chopped)|
Combine the yogurt, cucumber, chili pepper and salt in a serving bowl. Mix thoroughly, until well combined. Garnish with cilantro. Place the bowl in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to meld. Serve cool.
