Scoop the jasmine tea and matcha into a tea ball, paper tea bag, or a filter basket and place it in a tea pot large enough to hold four cups.
Bring four cups of water to a boil, and pour it over the tea. Allow to steep for 4 minutes, then serve with the honey.
You can re-steep the tea after your first cup: steep for 5 minutes the second time around.
