Ingredients

2 Tground flaxseed
1 cblueberries (frozen is fine)
1⁄2 cstrawberries (frozen is fine)
1 banana
1⁄2 cyogurt (plain)
  ice cubes (or enough water, almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk, or juice to thin it out)

Instructions

Blend all ingredients until smooth, and pour into a glass. Enjoy!
