Ingredients

1 banana (peeled and split in half lengthwise)
2⁄3 cGreek yogurt (plain)
2 Tfruit preserves (all-fruit, no sugar, see note)
1 tchia seed
1 tground flaxseed
2 Tcoconut flakes

Instructions

Place the banana halves in a shallow bowl. Top with spoonfuls of yogurt, then drizzle with fruit preserves. Sprinkle with ground flaxseed, chia seed, and coconut flakes. Enjoy!

Notes

If you'd like the preserves to have a more sauce-like consistency, just thin it with a bit of hot water.
