|1||scallion (roughly chopped)|
|2 clv||garlic (minced)|
|2 T||maple syrup (or agave syrup)|
|1 t||Dijon mustard|
|1 t||chives (fresh)|
|1 t||dill (fresh)|
|1 t||parsley (fresh)|
|1⁄2 c||olive oil|
|4 T||apple cider vinegar|
In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth. Pour over your favorite dish or salad, and enjoy!
