Description

Another FANTASTIC and easy to make recipe from the ladies who brought us the Garden of Vegan cookbook. Top your dragon bowl, a salad, or anything, really, with this knock out dressing!

Ingredients

1 scallion (roughly chopped)
2 clvgarlic (minced)
2 Tmaple syrup (or agave syrup)
1 tDijon mustard
1 tchives (fresh)
1 tdill (fresh)
1 tparsley (fresh)
1⁄2 colive oil
1⁄2 tsalt
4 Tapple cider vinegar

Instructions

In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth. Pour over your favorite dish or salad, and enjoy!
