|1 T||vinegar (balsamic)|
|1 t||rosemary (fresh, chopped)|
|1 lb||carrots (washed and trimmed)|
Heat grill to medium heat.
Melt butter in a small pot over medium-low heat. Remove from heat and whisk in vinegar and rosemary.
Arrange carrots on the grill or in a grill basket, and brush them with the herb vinegar-butter.
Grill for approximately 20 minutes (depending on size of carrots), turning halfway through cooking time, and brushing on additional butter.
Remove carrots from grill and serve with remaining sauce.
