Ingredients

  celery leaves (from one head of celery)
  salt (use good quality flaky sea salt)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place celery leaves in a single layer on a baking sheet and place in oven. Bake until crispy, but not browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool completely. Once cool, crumble the leaves, discarding any leaves that are not crispy.
Combine leaves with an equal amount of salt in a small jar. Shake to distribute celery evenly throughout. Voila, you have delicious homemade celery salt!
