Description

Jicama and honeydew melon feature prominently in this fresh salad bringing fruit and vegetable together for a tangy treat.

Ingredients

2 cjicama (peeled and cut into thin slivers)
2 choneydew melon (cubed)
3 Tlime juice (fresh)
1 tlime zest
3 Tmint (fresh, chopped)
2 thoney

Instructions

Toss all of the ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for two hours. Garnish with a few sprigs of mint and enjoy!
