Description

Charming kumquats make for excellent salsa! Spoon over the usual quesadilla, munch with chips, or serve over a protein of your choice. Play with the ingredients- add whatever attracts your notice!

Ingredients

2 ckumquats (chopped and seeded)
1⁄2 cred onion (finely chopped)
1⁄3 ccilantro (chopped)
3 Toil (olive or flaxseed recommended)
1⁄2 cyellow bell pepper (chopped)
1⁄4 tred pepper flakes (or chopped hot pepper)
  lime juice (to taste)
  dscayenne
  pnsea salt

Instructions

Combine chopped produce items with oil and lime juice- stir. Add red pepper flakes (or chopped pepper), cayenne and sea salt gradually, until you achieve a desired spice level.
