Rhubarb Compote

Description

Incredible served still slightly warm over simple vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

1 1⁄2 lbrhubarb (chopped - about 6 cups)
1⁄2 cwhite wine
2 Torange zest
1 1⁄8 ccane sugar

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve warm or cold.
