Throw these ingredients in a crock-pot and enjoy the warm, delicious and fragrant food that practically cooks itself!
|6||sweet potatoes (medium, cut into 1/2-inch cubes)|
|1 1⁄2 c||applesauce|
|1⁄3 c||maple syrup (or agave syrup)|
|2 T||coconut oil|
|1 t||cinnamon (ground)|
|1⁄2 c||walnuts (chopped)|
Put chopped sweet potatoes into a slow cooker. Mix the applesauce, maple/agave syrup, coconut oil and cinnamon and pour over the potatoes. Cover and turn on low heat, and cook for 6-8 hours. Garnish with nuts and serve!
