Description

A meal in a salad bowl.

Ingredients

2 cbroccoli florets
1 small red onion, sliced
2 cbok choy, very thinly sliced
1 medium carrot, grated
3 cfresh mung bean sprouts
1⁄2 cpeanuts, chopped
1⁄2 csesame seeds, toasted
1 Thot sesame oil
2 Tbrown rice vinegar
1⁄4 ctamari
1 tground black pepper, or to taste

Instructions

Combine first five ingredients in large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl; pour over vegetables and toss well.
