Description

This light Mediterranean-style marinade is perfect for grilling chicken kabobs (see note).

Ingredients

2 cSauvignon Blanc (about half a bottle)
1⁄2 colive oil
2 clvgarlic (minced)
2 Tbasil (fresh, chopped)
1 toregano (dried)
2 tlemon zest
1 Tlemon juice
1 Tsalt
1 Tblack pepper

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.

Notes

This recipe will yield enough marinade for up to 5 lbs of chicken. Marinate by placing the chicken in a casserole dish and covering with the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours, or up to 24 hours.
