Combine 1 cup long grain white rice and 1 1/2 cups water in rice cooker, or 2 qt. saucepan. Cover and bring toa boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Do not stir while cooking.
Store in airtight container in cool, dry place.
