Willy West Hot Bar Menu

October 2014 marks the full implementation of the FDA's labeling standard for gluten-free products and Willy Street Co-op is there! We have successfully tested all of the products we label "gluten-free" at fewer than 20ppm, the FDA standard. Our partner in gluten-free bakery, Bunky's, has done the same, logging the results quarterly.
We want to be clear: Willy Street Co-op's Production Kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility and cross-contamination is still a possibility. We make every effort to keep our gluten-free products 'clean' and all are successfully tested, but the bakery is not a certified gluten-free facility.

Grain Free Sweet Potato Pilaf with Bacon- Sweet potato and cauliflower with crispy bacon.

Grain Free Chicken Squash Curry- Chicken and butternut squash in a rich coconut curry.

Santa Fe Mac and Cheese- Southwest mac and cheese with spicy tomato sauce.

Lemon Chicken- White basmati rice tossed with chicken and lemon zest. Topped with lemon slices.

Chili Relleno Casserole- Brown rice and roasted red peppers baked with green chilies and topped with cheese.

Sierra Madre Chicken- Shredded chicken and black beans with tomato, cumin, chili powder, and fresh cilantro.
