Willy West Hot Bar Menu

October 2014 marks the full implementation of the FDA's labeling standard for gluten-free products and Willy Street Co-op is there! We have successfully tested all of the products we label "gluten-free" at fewer than 20ppm, the FDA standard. Our partner in gluten-free bakery, Bunky's, has done the same, logging the results quarterly.
We want to be clear: Willy Street Co-op's Production Kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility and cross-contamination is still a possibility. We make every effort to keep our gluten-free products 'clean' and all are successfully tested, but the bakery is not a certified gluten-free facility.

Rotisserie Chicken - Roasted on site daily from Ney Farms.

Chicken Quarters - Our rotisserie chicken quartered up in case you didn't want a whole chicken.

Mashed Potatoes - Classic sinful dish with heavy cream and butter.

Roasted Turkey and Gravy- Turkey breast cooked in our rotisserie covered in gravy.

Cornbread Stuffing- Rich and creamy stuffing made with cornbread, onion, carrot, celery, and lots of herbs and butter.

Maple Roasted Root Vegetables- Parsnips, turnips, sweet potatoes, carrots, onions, and leeks drizzled with maple syrup.

Potatoes au Gratin- Russet potatoes layered with rich bechamel and mozzarella provolone cheese.

Cheesy Chicken Casserole- Chicken and gluten-free fusilli pasta in a creamy cheese sauce.

Jambalaya- Hot and spicy chicken, andouille sausage, brown rice, and bell peppers.

Enchilada Pie- Corn tortillas layered with black beans, cheddar cheese and enchilada sauce.

Butternut and Beet Hash- Butternut squash and red beets cooked with a light wine sauce and topped with crunchy almonds.

Coconut Mashed Sweet Potatoes- Sweet potatoes blended with coconut milk and perfectly flavored with roasted garlic and thyme.

Vegan Green Bean Casserole- Green beans, red peppers, and almonds topped with panko bread crumbs.

Vegan Mashed Potatoes- Russet Potatoes blended with almond milk and Earth Balance.

Maple Glazed Yams- Sweet potatoes and dried cranberries topped with maple syrup.

Grain Free Roasted Red Onion and Sweet Potato and Spinach- Sweet potatoes with sweet red onion cooked with vinaigrette topped with pumpkin seeds.

Lime Cumin Sweet Potato Homefries- Sweet potato fries roasted with lime, cumin, and garlic.
