Willy West Hot Bar Menu

October 2014 marks the full implementation of the FDA's labeling standard for gluten-free products and Willy Street Co-op is there! We have successfully tested all of the products we label "gluten-free" at fewer than 20ppm, the FDA standard. Our partner in gluten-free bakery, Bunky's, has done the same, logging the results quarterly.
We want to be clear: Willy Street Co-op's Production Kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility and cross-contamination is still a possibility. We make every effort to keep our gluten-free products 'clean' and all are successfully tested, but the bakery is not a certified gluten-free facility.

Mashed Potatoes - Classic sinful dish with heavy cream and butter.

Made Without Gluten Mac and Cheese- Classic mac and cheese made with gluten-free fusilli.

Jambalaya- Hot and spicy chicken, andouille sausage, brown rice, and bell peppers.

Chili Relleno Casserole- Brown rice and roasted red peppers baked with green chilies and topped with cheese.

Creamed Corn with Bacon- Sweet corn in a rich cream sauce with crispy bacon.

Meatloaf- Our classic meatloaf made gluten free with rolled oats and topped with a glaze.

Grain Free Chicken Squash Curry- Chicken and butternut squash in a rich coconut curry.

Enchilada Pie- Corn tortillas layered with black beans, cheddar cheese and enchilada sauce.

Santa Fe Mac and Cheese- Southwest mac and cheese with spicy tomato sauce.
