We offer a variety of delicious house-made foods in our Delis: from-scratch bakery; extensive hot bars; sandwiches; Grab & Go entrées and sides; soups; fresh salads; sushi; and more.

House-Made

Our Delis are filled with options made by your Co-op, so you can always count on fresh, from-scratch meals, snacks, and treats crafted in our stores or at our nearby Production Kitchen.

Quality Ingredients

In our Delis, good food starts with great ingredients. All of our fresh produce and many other ingredients are either organic or locally grown (or both!) and all of our dairy, cheese, and eggs are locally sourced. Even the flour we use in our baked goods is locally grown and milled.

Dietary Needs

We’re committed to offering deli foods that are not only delicious but also fit into the diets of as many Co-op shoppers as possible. Whether you’re an omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or grain-free, you’ll find plenty of tasty options in our Delis.

Bakery

Choose from our selection of morning pastries, quick-breads, and sweet treats made by local bakers and by our own Kitchen just down the street from Willy East.

Hot Bars

Our hot bars serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner—and everything in between. Enjoy fresh options daily from 7:30 AM–8 PM.

Sandwiches & Wraps

We offer a variety of Grab & Go sandwiches in our Deli coolers, along with hot breakfast sandwiches from 7:30–11 AM and hot sandwich options starting at 11 AM daily.

Soups

Find hot, ready-to-eat soups, or grab a chilled one to heat up at home. All of our soups are house-made at Willy Street Co-op.

Salads

All three stores offer a variety of fresh Grab & Go salads, like our Red Chili Tofu Green Salad and Sweet Kale, Cranberry & Chicken Salad. At Willy East, you’ll also find a full salad bar, open daily from 7:30 AM–8 PM.

Sushi

Our sushi is made fresh daily at each store by our local partner, Mamachit. Choose from a variety of rolls—raw or cooked, with white or brown rice—plus entrées like poké bowls.
