A few times per week, look out for pan pizzas on our Hot Bars. Made from with our house-made pizza dough, house-made pizza sauce, and Burnett Dairy Co-op cheese. Topped with what’s fresh and exciting! Vegan Pan Pizza is also in play!
Mushroom Parm QBalls
A meatless meatball made primarily with quinoa, mushroom, egg, and Parmesan cheese. You’ll start to notice these in our service cases and Grab-n-Go sections. So good with a splash of marinara, crumbled on pizza, or in a sandwich. You have to try these—you won’t miss the meat.
Aegean Potato Salad
At first glance, this potato salad looks as you might expect—creamy and white. This ain’t your granny’s salad, however. Tender red potatoes covered in fresh Wisconsin ricotta and feta with a handful of Wisconsin parmesan for panache. Ditch the mayo salads and reach for this instead!
You’re gonna want this in your taco. Sidle up to our Hot Bar on Tex-Mex Tuesday and grab a spoonful of juicy seitan with fajita vegetables. This is going to be a new favorite.
