

Beer and a Bite
Join Chef Mike for creative seasonal flavors paired with some of Madison’s best brew as we snack and sip our way through the menu. Crisp endive canapes, fresh shrimp ceviche, homemade cheese spread, and zippy quick pickles on a snack board are all great for a gathering and paired with locally crafted pilsners, IPAs, and more delightful local brews. Recipes contain: milk, fish, shellfish, and nuts. Demonstration with limited hands-on opportunities.
Chef Mike says, “There are so many great breweries in Madison and nearby, I couldn’t go another summer without featuring some of them in one of our Co-op classes. Of course beer goes with bar food like nachos, wings, big salty soft pretzels, and simple classics. But why stop there? There’s a beer to pair with virtually anything, and I am excited to share some of my ideas in this class. There’s more to beverage pairings than wine!”
Class Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated in the event description, registrations for events canceled by Willy Street Co-op will be fully refunded.
