Board Meetings

The Board meets 8–10 times a year, meetings are virtual, 6:30 – 8:30pm.

Owners are invited to attend during the open session of the BoD meeting.

FoodShare is a federal benefit, like social security, that provides extra money for groceries to low-income individuals and families. The benefits comes on an easy-to-use debit-like card that can be used at Willy Street Co-op, many farmers markets, and most major grocery stores. The income guidelines are higher than you might think: individuals earning $11+ per hour and working 40 hours per week may qualify. To find out if you may be eligible, please call 1-877-366-3635 for a confidential screening and to schedule an appointment to apply at Willy Street Co-op. During your appointment, a FoodShare Outreach specialist will assist you with an application, answer questions, and connect you with other great community resources. Walk-ins welcome. Class Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the description of the event, registration for events that Willy Street Co-op cancels will be refunded in full. Individuals who wish to cancel their registration for events must contact Customer Service with 72 hours notice to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 72 hours of an event. In order to cover costs incurred there are absolutely no exceptions to the Refund Policy.
