DESCRIPTION:Join Co-op Instructors Mike and Paul for a fun summer camp cooking experience\, learning about cuisine from around the world! This summer\, we will feature two weeks of cooking camp—join us for all ten classes or pick and choose the ones you want! Of course\, we’ll get to enjoy the feast we create together at each class! \nWhile supplies last: Buy five Sprouts classes and get a free Co-op Kids Apron to take home. \nMore than one-third of the world population depends on rice! Learn about this small\, simple\, and learn to make rice salad with fruit and vegetables as well as rice pudding. \nRecipes contain: milk\, tree nuts. \nClass Notes: \n\nThis is a hands-on cooking class for kids only.\nRefund Policy: Unless otherwise stated in the event description\, registrations for events canceled by Willy Street Co-op will be fully refunded. Individuals wishing to cancel their registration for events must contact education@willystreet.coop at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of an event. To cover incurred costs\, there are no exceptions to the refund policy.\n\nTips for Adults Bringing Kids to a Cooking Class: \n\nTie back long hair.\nDress for class. In other words\, dress in clean clothes that are okay to get messy! Also\, short sleeves (or sleeves that will roll up and stay up) are a good idea\, and an apron is an even better one.\nClosed-toed shoes are required. Please no sandals\, flip-flops\, or similar footwear.\nArrive 5 minutes before class starts so we can begin on time and all together. Class will begin promptly at the scheduled time.
