In this hands-on class\, we’ll explore cooking techniques like sautéing\, grilling\, and roasting mushrooms\, plus how to whip up a tasty mushroom pâté. We’ll also dive into making infused products\, such as vinegars\, broths\, beverages\, and tinctures. Recipes provided. Vegetarian.  \nRecipes contain: milk. \nTips for class attendees: \n\nClose-toed shoes\, clothes that are not baggy or bulky\, and long hair that is restrained are always good choices in the kitchen.\nOut of consideration for other guests\, refrain from wearing colognes\, perfumes\, or anything else that may carry a strong odor.
