SUMMARY:Sprouts: Savory Pie Times Two
DESCRIPTION:In this class\, we’ll celebrate “Great American Pot Pie Day” with Mike T. and the Sprouts to make two kinds of savory pies. We’ll start with a big chicken and veggie pot pie that we’ll make\, bake\, and eat together. While that’s cooking\, we’ll make individual spinach and feta hand pies just like the ones from the Co-op Kitchen!  \nRecipes contain: milk\, eggs\, wheat. \nClass Notes: \n\nThis is a hands-on cooking class for kids only.\nRefund Policy: Unless otherwise stated in the event description\, registrations for events canceled by Willy Street Co-op will be fully refunded. Individuals wishing to cancel their registration for events must contact education@willystreet.coop at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of an event. To cover incurred costs\, there are no exceptions to the refund policy.\n\nTips for Adults Bringing Kids to a Cooking Class: \n\nTie back long hair.\nDress for class. In other words\, dress in clean clothes that are okay to get messy! Also\, short sleeves (or sleeves that will roll up and stay up) are a good idea\, and an apron is an even better one.\nClosed-toed shoes are required. Please no sandals\, flip-flops\, or similar footwear.\nArrive 5 minutes before class starts so we can begin on time and all together. Class will begin promptly at the scheduled time.
