An individual nutrition consultation is your opportunity to learn how the correct food choices for your body can enhance your well-being. A one-on-one session with Katy Wallace of Human Nature, LLC includes a consultation regarding your health goals and lifestyle and food choice suggestions geared toward addressing health goals and developing sustainable change.

Learn how to make ice cream from scratch! We'll go over two different approaches to making an ice cream base, as well as cooked vs non-cooked ice creams. Standard home ice cream making equipment will also be discussed. Best of all, learn how to make ice cream flavors beyond vanilla and chocolate, such as beet, sweet corn, and honey-lavender!
