Dye your Easter eggs naturally

Dye your Easter eggs naturally

Here are recipes for the primary colors. Mix them for orange, green, and violet. These recipes will dye several dozen eggs!

First, boil your eggs and store them in the refrigerator if you plan to eat them later.

To make the dye, bring the water and fruit or vegetable (in the recipes above) to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for about 15 minutes. Cool and strain through a cheesecloth-lined colander. Stir in vinegar.
